Michelle is a 500 hour experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Certification. She has over 20 years of yoga experience and has been leading yoga teacher trainings internationally since 2011. She holds certifications in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Trauma-informed Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, as well as a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
